Vitamin D

When the skies go grey and you need a little ray of sunshine to fight the weather. The colours were originally inspired by a blue tit, but strung together they reminded me of summer. You can interpret it whichever way you like best.

Green aventurine, aquamarine and yellow glass beads. Beads 2-6mm. Length 43cm. Sterling silver clasp. Handmade in London. The stones are natural, so their colour and markings vary from bead to bead.

Bird pendant (optional) I sand cast the pendant in sterling silver, then file and polish it by hand. The sand mould breaks each time, so every pendant is cast from scratch and comes out slightly different. Some keep a bit of the sand's texture, a trace of how they were made and part of the charm that makes each one unique.
